This is our morning boost for the gut, the brains and some protein on the side! For the gut we use organic banana, for our brains and sharp memory we use organic blueberries and to give it pump of protein we use soaked almonds.
Yield: 2 servings
- 1 organic banana
- 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup of soak almonds
- 1 cup of flax milk or any other milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of organic almond extract
- 1/4 cup of raw honey
- 2 Tablespoon of coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS: Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
